The Battle Of The Bands

Squeeeeeeal!!! Today is the Hambo Stamps customer inclusive blog hop,  "The Battle of the Bands". The winners will be announced on the Hambo blog, Talk to the Ham, on Wednesday, May 29, as well as at the Hambo Hoedown challenge blog. the deadline for prize entry comments is Sunday, May 26 at 5 PM CST.
 
Soooooooo...........Here is my creation!!!  I am so into the metal tape art technique at the moment, so I thought I would have a go at making a prison door type thing to go with the cute PIG INMATE digi image and sentiment. It was so much fun to do, I covered BBQ skewers with foil tape to make the prison bars, and a cut up spellbinders cross to do the door hinges. So can you guess the Band??? well .....actually, I have chosen two bands that are fitting for this card!!!!
 
 
Yayyyyy!!! I'm sure you guessed it....Firstly it could be "The Wanted" The English-Irish boy band who have had hits with Chasing the sun, and Glad you came.
 
 
The second band that I found fitting for this is " The Killers" The American rock band formed in Las Vegas, Nevada in 2001

    You are such a clever girl, and always have the perfect design. I LOVE the metal on your card, and though I hate to say, poor piggie is a perfect killer! Great job with lining up these bands for our show! :)

    Hi Jane! Yay! You brought us into the 21st Century! I really dated myself with the band I chose, lol. I'm just feeling pretty hip that I knew who The Wanted is and that I had heard of the Killers--one of my son's favorites. Your prison door is fab--love the hinges! Pig inmate is one of my favorite digis. You rock!
