Stop CLOWNING around!!

Hi all, I am still on a high after yesterday...(see previous post), and I just want to thank HAMBO STAMPS for giving me the opportunity to be on their design team, they have some fabulous images, rubber, clear, and digi images that I have soooooo much fun using, my other DT friends are a great bunch of people, talented, supportive and inspiring, I love em all!!. Anyway, enough of the gushing, it is Wednesday, so that means it is Hambo Hoedown time, this week it is team oink, (Deborah, Jenn, and Me) using the digi for this week, and it is all about the CLOWNS and the challenge is to use at least three different patterned papers, I'm not too into patterns but I really like how this turned out, I did a bit of decoupaging , adding about three layers, oooooh I do miss decoupage, I think it is one of the things I got into early on in my card making, it's all about the cutting that I love so much.

  1. Jane I like how you arranged this and the 3D clowns look like they are climbing out!

  3. Love this card. FABUOLOUS dimension! The way you did the layering makes those clowns look really piled deep in there. How does the decoupage work?? Enquiring minds want to know...

  4. Hi lyn, I love decoupage cos I really love the dimension that it gives you. I just printed the image four times, and cut off more of the clowns with each layer, colored it in, then layered each piece up using silicone glue (love that stuff) so that each layer stands up from the last, a bit time consuming but worth the effort I think :)

  5. I saw this on FB, then on Pinterest and I had to follow it back to your blog and tell you how brilliant I think it is!
I have bought the set based purely on your card :)
