HamboHoedown 75

Todays challenge over at Hambo Stamps is to combine this Clown Shoes digi image ( given free if you entered last weeks challenge) with polka dots. As soon as I saw this cheeky little clown I knew I wanted him to be balancing something in his raised hand, I decoupaged his dickie bow too and added some dots to that.
